Tom Mulcahy has a broad range of litigation and trial experience. A former prosecutor with extensive criminal trial experience, he has tried countless civil matters to verdict. He defends corporations in complex product liability suits, multi-party litigation, premises liability accidents, property claims and employment law matters. He litigates claims in all areas of insurance coverage including first-party property, subrogation, legal, architectural and engineering and broker/agent matters. Tom is frequently retained to litigate claims involving insurance fraud. He handles a variety of commercial litigation matters including suits against corporate officers, employment-related issues, and commercial transactions. He drafts and negotiates employment contracts for highly compensated employees and officers, and has extensive experience in drafting and litigating employment contracts. He has successfully represented plaintiffs in significant personal injury, wrongful death and survivor actions.
