SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Bob’s extensive experience has focused on estate planning, trusts and estate administration and Federal and State estate income tax matters. As a former Chairman of the Taxation section of the New Jersey Bar Association, clients have frequently retained Bob to represent them with the IRS and in Tax Courts in a variety of matters. Bob assists in all aspects of estate planning including business succession and the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, charitable trusts and shareholder agreements.
