Michelle is a Partner in the firm’s litigation department where she specializes in insurance defense and coverage matters in addition to commercial litigation. Michelle has handled professional liability matters with an emphasis on legal malpractice and ethics grievances based upon underlying actions in several areas of practice and subject matters. In addition to various insurance companies and corporations, Michelle also frequently represents governmental entities in a variety of litigation matters. Michelle creates detailed case evaluations to assist clients making strategic litigation decisions and coverage advice to facilitate claim resolution. Michelle develops and implements litigation strategies to successfully resolve matters and address the needs of clients, with consideration for the costs and benefits associated with litigation and pending claims.
