The Hon. Francine A. Schott JSC (Ret.) chairs our Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. Judge Schott brings 25 years of judicial experience to the firm. During her tenure as a Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Judge Schott presided over a wide variety of disputes including contract and real estate disputes as well as personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
